Project overview
The proposal involved the refurbishment of an existing mill and its conversion into 19 apartments, along the erection of a further 25 homes replacing several dilapidated structures.
The scheme created a courtyard housing scheme with covered parking structures and landscaping that sits well within its semi-rural position, along with the restoration of a characterful and a locally historic mill which forms a prominent frontage to the road.
