Housing Community

The scheme provided 24 new houses for a brownfield site in Lees, Oldham.  Traditional materials and styles were needed but careful and limited introduction of other materials (namely white render and timber boarding) provided interest without feeling ‘out of place’ with surrounding properties or impacting the strict budget.
