Project overview

The proposal was to provide several new hotel rooms within 2 dilapidated cottages adjacent to the White Hart Inn in Lydgate, Saddleworth, Oldham. The properties required significant stabilisation works and several walls required re-building, along with new windows and a complete re-plaster and re-wire.

The properties are located with the Lydgate Conservation area and required considerable liaison with the local authority Conservation Officer to achieve a successful outcome.
