Project overview
The proposal was to provide new offices and warehouses for eventual occupier First Choice Homes as a replacement for a nearby facility which had reached the end of its life-span. The proposals made great use of a tight and constrained site and provided all requested accommodation plus vehicle parking and a service/delivery yard.
